when i found this typewriter at the antique store…i nearly passed out.
i had planned on perusing the store but there it was in the second booth….DONE.
no need to shop anymore.
there is no way there was anything cooler in the entire store.
period.

1) The circular “M” tag that is in one of the pictures–is it for sale? I have a collection of M’s hanging on my living room wall–I call it my M wall and when I saw the one in your photo, I fell in love! Just wanted to check.

Patty - Just last week I brought home my mother’s Royal typewriter from 1954ish. Except for the fact that hers is roughly the same color as the case, it looks exactly like the one you got. Would you mind telling me how much you paid for it? I am going to bring my mother’s to some antique stores around here, and I thought having some idea of what it’s worth would be a good thing.
